We don’t anticipate you needing much local currency at all other than to cover meals and drinks (if required) on the first and final evenings. Please ensure you have some local currency to cover this (e.g. 10,000 KSh = 100 USD). There are ATM’s at the airport and in Karen where we will be based in Nairobi or you can buy this in advance in your country of origin.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit for the travel portion of the course is nonrefundable. The entire balance of your trip fee and CME fee will be due 90 days prior to departure. No deposits will be returned after payment unless for some reason course is cancelled due to not reaching minimal number. If you have not paid in full prior to 90 days before the start of the course a late fee of $250 will be applied to the final cost or you will lose your spot on our trip. There will be a full refund minus deposit up to 90 days prior to course. No refunds if within 90 days of start of course.
We have a maximum number of 14 and minimum of 8. We must reach minimum number at least 90 days prior to course or it may be cancelled. Please contact if any questions.
